About the role
The Talent Acquisition & Management Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning activities during a critical six‑month activation phase. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape hiring strategies, ensure smooth onboarding, and support talent development across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full recruitment cycles from sourcing to selection and offer negotiation.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning objectives.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment processes.
- Drive onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support succession planning, workforce planning, and talent development frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align hiring plans with strategic goals.
- Track recruitment metrics, report performance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Utilize HR information systems and recruitment platforms efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce management.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment campaigns and hiring strategies.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, competency‑based hiring and talent frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, Talent Management) preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle HR systems and related recruitment tools.
