Talent Acquisition Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the regional recruiting function, partnering with senior HR business partners and hiring managers to meet staffing targets across the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the role drives strategic sourcing, workforce planning and talent pipeline development for Bechtel’s diverse infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent needs and create long‑term acquisition strategies.
• Oversee full‑life‑cycle recruitment for executive and senior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer extension.
• Lead a team of recruiters, allocate work, monitor progress, provide guidance and remove obstacles.
• Develop and execute innovative, cost‑effective sourcing strategies and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with statutory staffing requirements and maintain accurate job descriptions and interview plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of HR/recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in high‑volume full‑cycle recruiting and 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building and analytical skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
