Tax Manager – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

About the role

We are a growing professional consultancy in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax function and advise a diverse client portfolio across the Kingdom. The role involves ensuring full compliance with Saudi tax regulations and representing clients before authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance and advisory services for clients in KSA.
• Ensure compliance with Zakat, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax and VAT regulations.
• Prepare and review tax filings, returns and supporting documentation.
• Handle tax assessments, appeals and dispute resolution with ZATCA.
• Advise clients on tax structuring, optimisation and risk management.
• Support clients during tax audits and investigations.
• Develop internal tax processes, controls and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with finance and compliance teams on integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of dedicated taxation experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience handling tax audits, assessments and appeals.
• Prior experience in a consultancy or professional services firm is highly desirable.
