Technical Assistant – Telecom Field Support

About the role

PrimeGate is looking for a motivated Technical Assistant to join its telecommunications team in Saudi Arabia. You will work on‑site at customer locations, helping install, maintain and troubleshoot telecom equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, inspection and connection of telecommunications cables and equipment.
• Support new service installation orders and perform basic extensions and upgrades.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.
• Follow safety instructions and adhere to scheduled work hours.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Saudi national.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and perform fieldwork under varying conditions.
• Commitment to schedules, safety standards and on‑site responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic technical tools and equipment.
• Quick learning ability and problem‑solving for basic technical issues.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
