Technical Lead – SAP BTP / Full-Stack Development

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and full‑stack development to design, build, and deliver scalable end‑to‑end solutions for our clients in Saudi Arabia. The role combines software architecture, team leadership, and hands‑on development across cloud, backend, and UI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software architectures and end‑to‑end technical solutions on SAP BTP and Cloud Foundry.
• Lead full‑stack development, covering frontend (SAP UI5/Fiori) and backend (CAP, Node.js, Java) components.
• Define system integrations, APIs, and integration patterns, and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical direction, make architectural decisions, and mentor development teams in Agile environments.
• Develop and support solutions using SAP HANA Cloud, CDS views, OData services, and REST APIs.
• Implement security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, XSUAA, and manage role collections and certificates.
• Establish testing strategies (unit, integration, API, UAT) and drive continuous improvement through reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and full‑stack development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects is highly desirable.
• Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
