Technical Office Manager – Railway Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead the technical office for railway projects. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensure seamless coordination between design, site, and client stakeholders, and guarantee compliance with Saudi standards and railway authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Technical Office team, coordinating all technical activities.
• Review and control project drawings, specifications, method statements, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Facilitate communication between engineering disciplines, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and the client.
• Prepare, submit, track, and obtain approval for technical documents.
• Respond to RFIs, technical queries, design changes, and consultant/client comments.
• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure proper technical integration across disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Railway, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably on railway or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in Technical Office Management for large‑scale construction or railway projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction and railway regulations.
• Experience dealing with clients, consultants, authorities, and major contractors.
