Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar)

About the role

Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar) based in Saudi Arabia. You will organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product, working closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas and requirements into clear plans and actionable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations, running regular team syncs.
• Support requirement changes by assessing impact on scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Manage operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues affecting timelines or quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
• Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
• Experience taking ownership of projects from initial scoping through release.
• Strong ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and development tasks.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or above and confidence running meetings with international teams.
