Technical & Quality Engineer – Equipment and Support

About the role

The Technical & Quality Engineer – Equipment and Support provides expert technical assistance to customers and ensures that all equipment-related processes meet internal and external quality standards. You will act as a key liaison between the technical department, customers, and audit teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice via phone and email, answer customer questions, handle complaints, and process cases.
• Make decisions on technical inquiries related to equipment and prepare technical notices for the intranet.
• Plan, supervise, generate, and maintain documentation for equipment maintenance, internal and external calibrations.
• Participate in training activities, including courses, distance learning, and internal/external sessions.
• Support quality and HSQE initiatives: assist in planning and executing internal and external audits, follow up on equipment‑related deviations, and contribute to ISO certification compliance.
• Help prepare and maintain internal regulations and implement the HQSE policy for equipment.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical department.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
• Proficient with Office 365 and Microsoft Office tools.
