About the role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for engineering and advisory talent supporting our teams and client projects. The role focuses on sourcing high‑calibre candidates across the Gulf region and Canada, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full technical hiring cycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source, engage and evaluate exceptional engineers and advisors using a variety of channels.
- Conduct structured interviews, maintain scorecards and assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven ability to source and close talent for technology and finance roles.
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and interview scorecards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS platforms.
