Technical Support Engineer – Printing (Riyadh) – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer specialized in printing to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on delivering on‑site assistance for laser printing hardware, ensuring customers receive prompt and professional service. Arabic speaking candidates are preferred to communicate effectively with local clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support and maintenance for laser printing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults using technical documentation and diagrams.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement.
• Coordinate with service managers, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate service reports and interact professionally with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electronics or related) or a Diploma in Electronics.
• Fresh graduate up to 1 + year of hands‑on experience in printing, hardware service, or a similar field.
• Arabic speaking, local Saudi candidate, available to join ASAP.

Required skills

• Knowledge of laser printing technologies (inkjet/offset exposure a plus).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and circuit/assembly diagrams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and service‑reporting tools.
