About the role
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team and ensure smooth operation of retail technology across our stores in Abha and Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of hardware and software solutions that keep our retail environment running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops and business applications.
- Support CCTV systems and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches and access points.
- Monitor and maintain WAN, VPN and site connectivity, and coordinate internet service with providers.
- Assist with new store openings and system implementations.
- Handle help‑desk tickets, perform regular maintenance, updates and documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–2 years of IT technical support experience in the retail sector.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel between locations and a valid driver’s license.
