Tendering & Contracts Specialist

About the role

The Tendering & Contracts Specialist will support the development and execution of tender processes for airport infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to secure high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tender documents, including technical and administrative specifications.
• Prepare accurate product and service specifications and manage tender timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings to clarify tender requirements.
• Establish evaluation criteria covering quality, price, and delivery schedule.
• Analyze submitted bids, produce detailed evaluations, and present findings to management.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable financial and contractual terms.
• Draft final contracts, monitor execution, and ensure supplier compliance.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and resolve disputes amicably.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tender and contract documentation in line with legal changes.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members on tendering and contract processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in tendering, procurement or contract management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
