Tendering Engineer – Pricing & Estimation

About the role

We are seeking a Tendering Engineer specialized in pricing and estimation to join our infrastructure and construction projects. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost estimates and competitive proposals for building, transmission pipeline, and other civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take‑offs for infrastructure, building, and pipeline projects.
• Develop technical and commercial tender proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Review contracts, tender documents, BOQs and technical specifications to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct market price analysis and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align estimates with design and execution plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in a tendering and estimation department within the contracting and construction industry.
• Proven ability to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong knowledge of market pricing and contract review processes.
