Tendering Manager

About the role

Alfanar Group is seeking a Tendering Manager to lead and oversee the end‑to‑end tender and proposal process. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure high‑quality submissions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maximise win rates for contracts and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of responses to RFPs and tenders, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Manage a team of proposal specialists, allocating resources and monitoring progress against tender milestones.
• Analyse customer RFPs, develop pricing and technical schedules, and verify cost calculations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from sales, engineering, finance and marketing to produce winning proposals.
• Lead negotiations during the bidding stage and secure optimal offers from suppliers.
• Develop and maintain tender tools and a lessons‑learned database to improve future outcomes.
• Control project budgets and support marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading tender and proposal processes in a manufacturing or electrical products environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple internal functions and external customers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
