Territory Account Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Panduit is seeking a Territory Account Manager II to drive growth and deliver exceptional experiences to customers across a defined Saudi Arabian territory. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, achieving a higher quota, and building strategic relationships that go beyond transactional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Panduit’s product portfolio and achieve assigned sales quota.
• Lead business planning and manage account activities to expand wallet share.
• Navigate the full business cycle to identify and close growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic, long‑term relationships within the partner ecosystem.
• Execute the commercial process independently while collaborating with management for coaching and high‑level meetings.
• Identify new accounts for penetration and provide guidance to colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a complex account base with higher sales targets.
• Ability to build strategic relationships and influence decision‑makers.
• Strong independent work ethic with a collaborative mindset for coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Clear understanding of business cycles and account expansion strategies.
