About the role
Panduit is seeking a Territory Account Manager II to drive growth and deliver exceptional experiences to customers across a defined Saudi Arabian territory. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, achieving a higher quota, and building strategic relationships that go beyond transactional sales.
Key responsibilities
- Promote Panduit’s product portfolio and achieve assigned sales quota.
- Lead business planning and manage account activities to expand wallet share.
- Navigate the full business cycle to identify and close growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic, long‑term relationships within the partner ecosystem.
- Execute the commercial process independently while collaborating with management for coaching and high‑level meetings.
- Identify new accounts for penetration and provide guidance to colleagues when needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a complex account base with higher sales targets.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and influence decision‑makers.
- Strong independent work ethic with a collaborative mindset for coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Clear understanding of business cycles and account expansion strategies.
