Training Consultant

About the role

The Learning & Delivery team at NIIT is seeking a results‑driven Training Consultant to design, develop and deliver learning solutions that support business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs and create impactful programs for a global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify training and development needs.
• Design, develop, and implement effective learning solutions and training strategies.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain training content, learning materials, assessments, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor learner performance, training effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery and learning processes.
• Support onboarding, upskilling, behavioral, technical, and process training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, learning policies, and operational guidelines.
• Utilize LMS platforms and digital learning tools for training management and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools.
