Training Manager – Luxury Health Resort

About the role

Clinique La Prairie is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the Learning & Development function for the pre‑opening phase and ongoing operations of its ultra‑luxury health resort in AMAALA, Saudi Arabia. The role will translate the brand’s wellness philosophy and service standards into practical learning programs that prepare colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive pre‑opening L&D strategy and roadmap aligned with resort opening milestones.
• Create and maintain a master training calendar covering induction, brand, service, technical, compliance and departmental training.
• Establish training facilities, learning resources, training records and LMS/tracking tools before large‑scale onboarding.
• Design and adapt induction, service culture, departmental and operational training materials in line with CLP standards.
• Lead onboarding and induction for all pre‑opening colleagues and managers, including Train‑the‑Trainer coaching.
• Coordinate simulations, dry runs, role‑plays and guest journey exercises to validate operational readiness.
• Ensure completion of all mandatory, statutory, health, safety and role‑specific training before operational duties begin.
• Track training completion, identify gaps and provide regular readiness reports to HR and executive management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end wellness environments, preferably with pre‑opening training projects.
• Strong ability to translate brand standards and service culture into structured learning programs.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior leaders, department heads and corporate teams.
• Demonstrated capability to manage training timelines, resources and compliance reporting.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tracking tools.
