Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Transformation Project Manager drives execution, governance, tracking and delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives across the organisation. Acting as a bridge between business, product, technology, operations and leadership, the role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project‑management standards, methodologies, templates and governance practices.
• Track strategic initiatives, transformation programmes and cross‑functional projects, monitoring timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Prepare executive‑level dashboards, PMO reports, steering‑committee materials and transformation updates.
• Coordinate across departments such as Product, Technology, Data, Editorial, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Finance.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, support process‑optimization initiatives and contribute to digital‑enablement programmes.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, consultants and implementation providers, tracking delivery commitments and outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP or equivalent certification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in PMO, project management, strategy execution, transformation, consulting or operational excellence.
• Experience working in digital, technology, media, fintech, analytics or platform‑focused businesses.
