Transportation & 3PL Coordinator

About the role

Fastgate Logistics is seeking a Transportation & 3PL Coordinator to join its Jeddah office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the coordination of transportation activities and third‑party logistics partnerships to ensure seamless end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and adjust shipment schedules to meet client delivery requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers and 3PL partners to coordinate movements and resolve issues.
• Optimize transportation plans for cost efficiency and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
• Liaise with customs authorities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Proactively identify and solve operational problems to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout the logistics process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, transportation and logistics coordination.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and international logistics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
