Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, ensuring timely, cost‑effective and compliant acquisition of goods and services that meet our operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQ, RFP, RFI, evaluation, negotiation, award and purchase order processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and provide timely procurement support.
• Source and assess suppliers against commercial, technical and operational criteria.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering price, payment terms, delivery schedules and service levels.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with company policies, governance standards and approval matrices.
• Create, review and monitor purchase orders for accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery and resolve service issues.
• Work with finance teams on invoicing, payment queries and supplier account reconciliation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and support contract lifecycle activities including drafting, renewals and amendments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience with increasing scope and complexity.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, warehouse, facilities or outsourcing categories is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing activities and supplier management practices.
