UI Designer & Webflow Developer (4-7 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer / UI Developer to join our digital team. You will create visually compelling, user‑friendly interfaces and turn them into responsive, high‑performing web experiences using Figma and Webflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, user‑centric interfaces for web applications and digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain responsive websites in Webflow, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and UI components across all digital assets.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance.
• Conduct design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and enhance design systems and style guides.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in UI design and/or UI development.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for visual quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a user‑first approach.
