Used Cars Refurbishment Manager

About the role

Syarah is building a digital end‑to‑end car buying experience in Saudi Arabia. The Used Cars Refurbishment Manager will lead the vehicle reconditioning department, overseeing the full lifecycle of pre‑owned cars from acquisition to sales floor, ensuring fast turnaround, high quality, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline the reconditioning workflow to achieve target turnaround times of 3‑5 days.
• Coordinate mechanical, body shop, and detailing teams and manage sublet repairs with external vendors.
• Implement multi‑point inspections, quality control processes and final test drives to meet safety and brand standards.
• Control the monthly refurbishment budget, approve repair estimates, parts orders and vendor invoices.
• Monitor shop inventory, order parts efficiently and minimise vehicle downtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise technicians, detailers and support staff while enforcing safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive reconditioning management, service advising or service shop management.
• Deep technical knowledge of automotive mechanics, collision repair and detailing techniques.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate and evaluate a diverse team.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory tracking tools.
