About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in real estate asset valuation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough understanding of real estate valuation principles, methods, and industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Proficiency in using valuation software and technology tools for efficient data analysis.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications or designations in real estate valuation are an asset.
