Vending Machine Refiller – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Vending Machine Refiller to join our on‑site team in Riyadh. The role involves traveling to multiple locations, restocking machines, and ensuring a high level of service for customers and site representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Restock vending machines with food, beverages and other products.
• Check product quantities, arrangement and expiration dates.
• Monitor and record inventory levels and sales data.
• Collect cash or verify electronic payment reports when required.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, inspection and minor adjustments.
• Report technical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow assigned routes and service schedules.
• Maintain company safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and site representatives.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel around Riyadh.
• Good inventory and basic record‑keeping skills.
• Reliable, organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Physically able to lift product cases and work on‑site throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in vending, delivery, field service, merchandising, warehouse or retail stocking is an advantage.
