About the role
The Critical Hosting Secondary resource will manage a suite of virtualization and networking platforms, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with service level agreements. This role focuses on VCF, ACI, VMware, VDI, as well as patching and vulnerability management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage VCF, ACI, VMware, and VDI environments.
- Oversee patching cycles and vulnerability remediation.
- Maintain business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations.
- Meet SLA targets for incident response, change requests, and service requests.
- Deliver services in line with contractual terms.
Required profile
- 4 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- Background in critical hosting environments.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of VCF, ACI, VMware, and VDI.
- Hands‑on experience with patching and vulnerability management.
- Proven ability to meet SLA requirements.
