About the role

Join Red Sea Global Hospitality as a Waiter/Waitress and become a key member of the Food & Beverage team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to guests, representing the brand and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, hotel facilities, and services to answer guest inquiries.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment accurately and follow all related procedures.
• Uphold safety and security protocols, including privacy standards when accessing guest rooms.
• Keep work stations clean and organized according to brand standards.
• Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and personal grooming standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to supervisor instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
