About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable waitress to join our restaurant team. The role involves preparing the dining area before service, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service to guests throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with morning cleaning of the restaurant and set‑up of service utensils.
- Support the captain waiter in table set‑up, mise en place, and food transport from kitchen to dining hall.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance at all times.
- Refresh ashtrays, fill water glasses, and attend to guest needs during service.
- Clear tables after meals, transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area, and ensure the dining room remains tidy.
- Follow instructions from the captain waiter and work collaboratively with the service team.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to follow directions and support team members.
- Good physical stamina for standing, carrying trays, and moving between kitchen and dining area.
