About the role
Clay Clinic is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient management of medical and operational inventory. The role ensures that supplies are received, stored, and distributed accurately, helping the clinic run smoothly each day.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with timely re‑ordering of clinic products.
- Prepare and issue supplies to various clinic departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and standards‑compliant warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure prompt stock replenishment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
Required skills
- Computer skills.
- Inventory management proficiency.
