Warehouse Coordinator – Inventory Management

About the role

Saint-Gobain GCC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory across its Saudi Arabian operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting supply‑chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and trigger re‑orders when thresholds are reached.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Analyse inventory data to identify trends and forecast future requirements.
• Generate reports on stock turnover, performance and provide insights to management.
• Oversee receiving of incoming goods, ensure proper logging and storage.
• Coordinate distribution of stock to departments or external locations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, purchasing and sales teams to optimise stock availability.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on inventory procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or logistics with a focus on inventory management.
• Fluent written and spoken English; basic Arabic proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
