Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Salehiya Healthcare is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and warehouse operations within its pharmaceutical distribution network. The role ensures accurate receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a secure and organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound pharmaceutical operations, liaising with suppliers, sales, planning, quality, logistics and transportation teams.
• Execute and monitor SAP S/4HANA warehouse transactions such as Goods Receipts, Stock Transfer Orders and stock adjustments, ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage inter‑warehouse and branch stock transfers, maintaining proper documentation and timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, batch and expiry verification, and adherence to SAP WM processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or logistics coordination, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal departments and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and resolve operational issues promptly.
