Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Saint-Gobain is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory flow across its facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting supply‑chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, trigger reorders, and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records in the DAX system and generate performance reports.
• Oversee receipt, logging, and proper storage of incoming goods.
• Coordinate distribution of stock to internal departments and external locations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, and implement best‑practice inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to optimise stock availability.
• Train and supervise staff on inventory management processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics within a large‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; functional Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certified negotiation skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
