Warehouse Operations Development Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Development Specialist will support the continuous improvement of warehouse processes, focusing on efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost effectiveness. This role involves analyzing performance data, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and implementing automation and technology solutions within the Riyadh industrial complex.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes and performance to identify efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process reviews to pinpoint operational gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization areas.
• Support implementation of process improvements, technology, and automation solutions.
• Prepare operational analyses, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor warehouse performance against established KPIs, standards, and procedures.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance on warehouse processes, systems, and procedures.
• Track improvement actions and report progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal functions and vendors on operational requirements and improvement activities.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and applicable standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, process analysis, or related logistics functions.
