Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join Al‑Qadsiah Club’s logistics team in Khobar. The role ensures smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while supporting the club’s broader vision of sporting excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organise inventory and maintain storage areas according to procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Update inventory management systems with all movements.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and other departments.
• Report damaged or missing goods promptly.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain environments preferred.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Operation of pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
