Welfare Manager

About the role

The Welfare Manager will oversee all worker welfare services and facilities across construction sites and accommodation camps in Riyadh. This role ensures a safe, healthy, clean, and comfortable environment for the workforce, covering accommodation, catering, transportation, and recreational amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all welfare facilities, including accommodation, dining halls, toilets, laundry, and recreation areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, project requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Site Management, HSE, HR, Camp Management, Security, Procurement, and subcontractors to deliver effective welfare services.
• Monitor catering quality, food hygiene, meal arrangements, and worker satisfaction.
• Organise transportation services, routes, and schedules for workers.
• Establish and maintain grievance and feedback mechanisms, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute worker engagement and morale‑boosting activities.
• Track performance of service providers, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular welfare reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing welfare services on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with worker accommodation/camp management in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor and welfare regulations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external contractors.
