Windows OS System Administrator – Saudi National Only

About the role

We are looking for a Windows OS System Administrator to provide 24/7 support for our enterprise server environment. The role involves installing, configuring, operating and maintaining Windows server systems and clusters, as well as supporting SAP applications running on Windows.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage and maintain Windows Server platforms (e.g., Server 2012, 2016) and Windows Clustering.
• Perform daily operational tasks including OS installation, patching, monitoring, virus protection, resource management and troubleshooting.
• Support SAP, SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments hosted on Windows.
• Monitor system logs, review performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage client agents for server monitoring (SCOM) and management (SCCM) and assist with automation using Microsoft Orchestrator.
• Create, modify and delete user/group accounts and enforce account policies.
• Collaborate with ERP, application, database and web‑hosting teams to address support and break/fix incidents.
• Raise and follow up on support tickets with Microsoft when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in enterprise Windows Server administration.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment and comply with NCA, NIC and SEC cybersecurity regulations.

• Windows Server 2012 and 2016 (or newer).
• Windows Clustering.
• Microsoft System Center – SCOM and SCCM.
• Microsoft Orchestrator for automation.
• Supporting SAP, SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA on Windows.
• Server monitoring, patch management and troubleshooting.
