Windows OS System Administrator (Saudi National Only)

About the role

The organization is seeking a dedicated Windows OS System Administrator to provide 24/7 support for its enterprise server environment. The role involves installing, configuring, managing, operating, and maintaining Windows server systems and clusters, ensuring high availability and stability for critical applications, including SAP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012, 2016+) and Windows Clustering solutions.
• Provide daily operational support: patch management, monitoring, troubleshooting, virus protection, and resource management.
• Manage Windows file shares, clusters, and support SAP, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA environments on Windows.
• Monitor system logs and performance proactively to resolve issues.
• Maintain client agents for server monitoring (SCOM) and management (SCCM).
• Assist with automation tasks using Microsoft Orchestrator.
• Create, manage, and delete user/group accounts and enforce account policies.
• Collaborate with ERP, application, database, and web hosting teams for break/fix and scheduled maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in enterprise Windows Server administration.
• Strong understanding of vendor guidelines, security best practices, and Saudi cybersecurity regulations (NCA, NIC, SEC).

Required skills

• Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016 (and newer versions).
• Windows Clustering.
• Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Microsoft Orchestrator for automation.
• Experience supporting SAP, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA on Windows platforms.
