Workforce Management Professional

About the role

The Workforce Management Professional will support Mobily’s Consumer Sales divisions by applying workforce management concepts and best practices to optimise forecasting, scheduling and resource utilisation across all sales outlets, including flagship stores, fully branded outlets, VIP channels, resellers and modern trade locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain holistic forecasts and schedules for all Consumer Sales units.
• Generate monthly, weekly, daily and intra‑daily schedules using WFM software.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust staffing plans to match seasonal demand.
• Balance resource requirements with employee needs and ensure timely schedule delivery.
• Provide regular updates on employee activity, absences and schedule exceptions.
• Maintain staff plan data, including onboarding and off‑boarding in scheduling systems.
• Analyse current schedules and recommend back‑fills or optimisation.
• Track planned vs. actual forecasts and make real‑time adjustments.
• Escalate queuing system issues and coordinate with IT, vendors and administration.
• Update vacation plans in the WFM database based on approved leave.
• Report crises such as outlet opening delays, excessive waiting times or high no‑show rates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in workforce management, HR, sales planning or a similar area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workforce Management software for scheduling and forecasting.
