360 Recruitment Consultant – Contract Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Contract Recruitment team in Riyadh. This full‑cycle position combines business development with candidate delivery, focusing on the technology market across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and nurture existing client relationships within the Saudi technology sector.
• Identify and win contract recruitment opportunities.
• Source, qualify and present high‑quality IT/Tech candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from vacancy intake to placement.
• Build and maintain strong candidate and client networks throughout the GCC.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment, preferably within the GCC.
• Proven track record in both business development and candidate delivery.
• Commercial mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of the technology recruitment market.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and confident working in a 360 environment.
