3PL Territory Lead - West

About the role

Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a 3PL Territory Lead for the West region in Jeddah. Hungerstation operates in around 65 countries worldwide and aims to deliver fast, easy food to customers' doors. The role covers 3PL management, change management, stakeholder relations, project management, governance, budget utilization and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new 3PL companies, monitor their KPIs and performance, and support them operationally while managing their invoices and payments release
• Optimize the SLA process for 3PL requirements and build strong relationships with external suppliers
• Manage change: train stakeholders, run workshops and communicate with customers and suppliers so that divisions stay ready for change
• Represent the company with local and international stakeholders and lead project teams through planning, cost, timeline, scope and quality controls
• Ensure policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct are followed, and take part in the division's budgeting cycle
• Help identify and recruit talent, manage direct reports, set performance objectives and give regular feedback

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 to 4 years of logistics experience or equivalent experience
