Accessories Manager – BYD (Riyadh)

About the role

The Accessories Manager will build and scale the accessories and service‑products business for BYD and Denza across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior aftersales leadership, the role owns the full P&L for the accessories category, creating a profitable portfolio that supports the new‑energy vehicle launch program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year accessories and service‑products strategy aligned with brand positioning.
• Design the operating model from scratch, including governance, pricing architecture, channel strategy and performance management.
• Build the annual operating plan covering sales volumes, revenue, gross margin, inventory and investment.
• Create and launch a competitive portfolio of genuine OEM and locally sourced accessories, bundled value packages and EV‑specific service programs.
• Lead accessory programs for new vehicle launches, special editions and brand‑defining models.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard local and regional suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and manage vendor performance through KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aftersales, sales, marketing, supply‑chain or related commercial functions within the automotive sector.
• Demonstrated ability to own end‑to‑end P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of accessories product lifecycle, pricing and channel management.
• Experience negotiating with local and international vendors and managing supplier relationships.
