Accessories Sales Advisor

About the role

The Accessories Sales Advisor will support the sales function for a specific product portfolio within Abdul Latif Jameel’s automotive division. Working in the showroom and boutique environment, you will engage customers, drive sales, and ensure inventory levels are optimal.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned accessories portfolio through showroom and boutique activities.
• Complete product‑knowledge and soft‑skill training courses as required.
• Maintain optimal inventory, ensuring stock does not exceed 1.5 months of supply.
• Follow sales and compliance standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
• Execute daily sales activities, coordinate business plans, and follow the defined sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail accessories.
• Ability to work under medium supervision and manage daily functional operations.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and adhering to compliance standards.
