Account Manager – BSC Sector

About the role

The Account Manager will lead the BSC sector business in the Makkah region, driving market penetration and increasing market share. You will work closely with customers, marketing, and internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Survey market potential in the Makkah region, identify potential clients and plan coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Define objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short‑ and long‑term sales and earnings; conduct sales activities on major accounts and negotiate deals.
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned BSC budget through cross‑selling, range selling, and new‑business hunting.
• Strengthen and improve customer business relationships.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrate product superiority, and negotiate technical and commercial terms.
• Train and coach customers’ end users to increase application knowledge.
• Support marketing functions by identifying sales opportunities, assisting customer acquisitions, driving value propositions, and leading customer improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Advanced business knowledge, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
