Account Manager – BSC Sector (Riyadh)

About the role

The Account Manager will lead the BSC sector business in Riyadh, driving market penetration and increasing market share. This role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and customer relationship management to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Survey market potential in the Riyadh region, identify potential clients and plan coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Define objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short‑ and long‑term sales and earnings.
• Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate deals and achieve the assigned BSC budget through cross‑selling, up‑selling and new‑business hunting.
• Strengthen and improve customer business relationships and conduct technical presentations that demonstrate product superiority.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with customers.
• Train and coach customers’ end‑users to increase application knowledge.
• Support marketing functions by identifying sales opportunities, driving value propositions and leading customer improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Advanced business knowledge, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, and leadership qualities.
