Account Manager – Chemical & Petrochemical

About the role

Endress+Hauser is looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales growth across petrochemical accounts in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Region, primarily the Jubail industrial area.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key petrochemical end‑user accounts, developing deep expertise in the SABIC ecosystem and other major private‑sector accounts.
• Apply a consultative, value‑based selling approach to position tailored instrumentation and automation solutions that improve safety, efficiency and reliability.
• Identify and develop opportunities in both brownfield (installed base, upgrades, services) and greenfield/project business, building and executing account and territory plans.
• Engage early with EPC contractors and project stakeholders to influence design specifications and ensure Endress+Hauser solutions are included.
• Provide market intelligence, pipeline visibility and accurate forecasts using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, instrumentation, electronics, electrical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑user sales experience in the Saudi petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record in project pursuit, negotiation and delivering revenue growth.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com (CRM) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
