Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Hilti is seeking an Account Manager to join its high‑performing sales team. You will work directly with customers on construction sites, nuclear plants, offices and warehouses, helping them discover innovative, cost‑efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers in the field to understand their needs and present Hilti’s products and software.
• Demonstrate pioneering construction tools and provide after‑sales service.
• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with warm, responsive clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with governmental authorities for at least 3 years.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Persuasive, sales‑driven, customer‑focused and a team player.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
