Account Manager – Creative & Communications (Riyadh)

About the role

Four, an international independent agency, is expanding its client‑services team in Riyadh. We are hiring across several seniority levels – from Senior Account Executive to Account Director – to work on creative, communications and social campaigns that capture attention.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly and professionally.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, keep projects on track, prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and contribute to meeting agendas, status updates, reports and client communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated work, bringing the right people together at the right time.
• Identify and resolve issues early using initiative and sound judgement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Commercial awareness, proactive attitude and confidence working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and a solid foundation in IT.
