Account Manager – Enterprise Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive new‑client acquisition and grow existing enterprise accounts across AIQU’s core verticals – AI, data, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud and software engineering – in Riyadh and the wider Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and convert new enterprise clients through proactive outreach, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract, including proposal development, stakeholder alignment and commercial negotiation.
• Own post‑sale relationships for key accounts, ensuring delivery satisfaction, contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate internally with delivery and specialist teams to meet SLA commitments and quality outcomes.
• Develop account plans with growth targets, risk indicators and relationship maps.
• Track and report pipeline health, win rates, revenue forecasts and account performance to leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales planning and market intelligence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience with a proven record of meeting revenue targets.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (Jordanian, Egyptian, Lebanese or similar background) with deep familiarity with KSA business culture.
• Hunter mentality – comfortable building your own pipeline and closing deals from cold outreach.
• Strong relationship instincts and ability to engage C‑suite executives in both Arabic and English.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑target environment.
