Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth with large and medium‑size enterprise clients across multiple industries, including Fortune Global 500 companies, listed firms and state‑owned enterprises. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions that meet complex procurement needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop large and medium‑size enterprise clients, including Fortune Global 500, listed companies and state‑owned enterprises.
• Execute sales plans, meet performance and client acquisition targets, and expand the sales business.
• Negotiate and sign contracts, prepare and deliver sales and service proposals, and provide integrated solutions that meet client procurement needs.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead client operations and maintenance, and implement optimization measures to improve customer experience.
• Gather market and client feedback, coordinate with internal operations and commercial teams, and manage online purchasing, payment collection and after‑sales service.
