About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant and store partners, driving sales performance and supporting operational efficiency through digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with restaurant and store partners, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain menu quality, price parity, and manage vendor‑funded promotional deals.
• Renew agreements, renegotiate commercial terms and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end portfolio performance, including sales, marketing initiatives and growth strategies.
• Conduct regular in‑person meetings to review performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide performance reports and actionable insights to support data‑driven decisions.
• Promote advertising solutions and value‑added services to increase partner visibility and sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly portfolio targets while driving continuous growth.
• Upsell logistics, premium tools and loyalty programs to maximize partner profitability.
• Encourage adoption of digital platforms such as the vendor portal and self‑service features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in account management, sales or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
