Account Manager

About the role

Event Lab is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to join its Riyadh team. The role focuses on retaining and expanding relationships with key active clients, driving revenue growth through cross‑selling, upselling and long‑term partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned Class A and B client accounts.
• Develop and execute 12‑month Account Growth Plans for each client.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and upcoming projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews to assess satisfaction and align future requirements.
• Prepare proactive commercial proposals based on client needs and event calendars.
• Advocate for the client internally, ensuring delivery teams meet service standards.
• Manage contract renewals and monitor early warning signs of account risk.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, opportunities and account health.
• Accept handovers from Business Development after the first project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, client success or strategic B2B sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth within an existing client portfolio through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality or related services is preferred.
